With recent business ventures that Nicholl McGuire Media is now affiliated, we discontinued the print production part of our business indefinitely. However, we are still keeping the ghost-writing component and speaking engagements on and offline for 2018 and beyond.

7th Annual Landmark Tabernacle Holiday Market, Local Business Owners Featured Quality Goods & Services
The seventh annual Landmark Tabernacle Holiday Market brought out approximately 60 vendors in Lakewood, Colorado and a number of curious customers in need of affordable gift items for loved ones. On Saturday, November 18th between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. shoppers could be seen going in and out of the Pentecostal church doors with small bags in hand. The youth center and a community room that served edibles had been rearranged to accommodate a large gathering of vendors and shoppers.
Inside the facility, numerous six foot long tables decorated with table cloths in various prime colors held useful products and services from makeup to whimsical artwork. Among them was the "Makeup Eraser" a ground-breaking item gaining popularity used to remove cosmetics with a damp cloth--no chemicals needed. Kelly Schermerhorm demonstrated the ease at which the make up comes right off using circular strokes lightly on black eye makeup she applied to the back of her hand.
Color Street representative Amanda Baugher was giving out samples of peel and stick designs for nails with no nail polish needed. A product like this might motivate someone to say goodbye to those weekly nail appointments. You might also want to look into joining the company for extra cash.
Local business owner Andrew Wasmundt of Two Brothers Transportation took some time to speak with Nicholl McGuire Media about his business. Anyone visiting the Denver area can ride in luxury vehicles from sedans to large shuttles with his company. In addition, the drivers pick up and drop off at the Denver airport. What's a holiday market/craft fair without food and more food? On the menu was brisket, coleslaw, lemon cake and other filling dinner items. Vendors and shoppers sat down and ate a quality meal that left one's belly full according to vendor, Dominic Kemp, assisting his mother from Nicholl McGuire Media. He commented, "The food was so good..." He didn't need to eat anything else. Meanwhile, White Rabbit Bakery was nearby. Hazel & Deene opened our eyes to the importance of going international assisting others from around the world and the significance of making an impact. The representative, who was standing in for his spouse, told of travels to Haiti and India. Beautiful jewelry that fits a variety of personalities, these handcrafted styles were not only jaw-dropping to view, but knowing that a purchase helps others in countries not so blessed as we are, was definitely worth talking about! The Alaskan photo images printed on canvas were absolutely stunning from photographer, Roger Bath, Life Out West. Another photographer, Heather Andersen, displayed her work via laptop with portraits of middle school students in full color, black and white, and creative photo enhancements she used to get the perfect eye-catching photos. Hours, patience and dedication was put into the intricate crocheted purses and boots of Aierte Handmade. Straight out of Atlanta and with a heart for her craft, this business owner's work was like walking into a craft museum. You could clearly see the quality of material she chose for her designs. Nicholl McGuire Media - A Word from Nicholl McGuire
It has been a journey doing business on the Internet from eBay selling to writing contributions around the web, I have learned so many things and continue to do so. Yet, these days I feel that a change is coming for my business ventures. Lately, I am spending time with family and friends and exercising my faith. Tip for Self-Publishers: One Site Many Platforms - eBooks and Books
When we started out on the Internet creating eBooks and printed books, we didn't realize the vast number of websites that were already partnered with other companies to make our books publicly available. We had started doing what many newbies do visit one site at a time to upload our work.
One of the things you will want to do if you are doing book projects yourself is seek sites who make your ebooks and books available across many platforms. By doing this, you can keep track of how many books are sold at each site and other pertinent sales related activities.

On Memoir Ghostwriting...
It can be quite fun to hear a client's voice inside your head--an escape from the you who may be going through your own personal challenges.
I hear the emotion of the author, envision the frustration he or she had gone through during a tough experience, and imagine my client's highs and lows via the historic material one has provided. Memoir ghostwriting helps put the pieces of a puzzle into something digestible to the author's target audience. It doesn't overwhelm with details that are not relevant to one or two specific topics an author is attempting to convey. The life scenes are nothing more than icing on the cake. However, autobiographical ghostwriting is like a three hour movie, it shows details of one's major highs and lows from start (early childhood) to finish (nearing the end of career/life/marriage etc.)
I must admit I am overly excited about listening to the lives of others and question much wanting to get to the life-changing information that ultimately helps others. I am quite the compassionate one who sees the big picture and why it is essential to share one's history with the world. But what I am not is the writer who haphazardly enters into a scene of one's life and plays the extra. I challenge my clients, inspire them to do well in delivering their content, and then sit back in the audience and applaud their inner and external accomplishments while being most grateful to have been a part of their journeys.
I dedicate this blog entry to two deceased women of yesteryear who mustered up the courage to speak their truth, glimpses at life lessons learned. R.I.P.

Marketing Books, Writing Blog Posts, Ads and SEO Education
These days Nicholl McGuire Media is busy with marketing projects to enhance traffic to products. We found there is an increase of websites that host our items so we are sharing those links around the web. The companies that host our products receive additional traffic therefore we obtain more exposure--a win-win for both! So our business to business efforts are being amped up this year.

Nicholl McGuire Media - Looking Back on 2016
Nicholl McGuire Media had it's share of highs and lows this past year. We weathered a move across state lines from CA to CO, found a place to call home, and put the brakes on business offline while spending time getting to know new people and new locations.
We shared our publishing experience with other entrepreneurs by participating in the Shepherd's Door 8th Annual Women Luncheon, Pasadena CA, focusing on women entrepreneurs, wealth amongst women, and the successful warriors we are--featuring Host/Anchorwoman Colleen Sullivan KABC7 and DJ Provocative. We sat with more business owners and shared our stories at the Women's Business Conference in Duarte, CA. In addition, we participated in a faith-based panel discussion sharing wisdom with members of First Baptist Church in Duarte, CA. We also provided video recordings and marketing services to the church.
Nicholl McGuire Media gave away business and dating books to professionals this year who spread the word around about us. Nicholl spent much time online instructing and inspiring many great people and offering much of her material at discounted prices and free book excerpts. Partners and donors who assisted us with videos, marketing, interviews and more were a delight to work with--many thanks! Let's keep up the exceptional work!
